Quote Request and File Upload Information
When you submit a 3D printing, CAD, product development, or engineering quote request, we may collect the information needed to review your project. This may include CAD files, STL files, STEP files, 3MF files, OBJ files, ZIP files, SolidWorks files, PDF drawings, reference images, dimensional requirements, material preferences, quantity, deadline, and project notes.
We use this information to evaluate your request, review printability or manufacturability, determine whether additional CAD work is needed, prepare pricing, ask follow-up questions, and recommend next steps.
Submitting files through the website does not transfer ownership of your files to CADify. You grant CADify permission to review and use the files solely as needed to evaluate your request, communicate with you, prepare a quote or proposal, and provide services if you choose to move forward.
3. Sensitive Files and Restricted Project Data
Please do not upload ITAR, export-controlled, government-sensitive, medical-device, regulated, classified, or highly confidential files through our standard website forms.
If your project requires a non-disclosure agreement, secure file transfer, export-control review, or special handling, contact CADify before sending files.
CADify may decline to review or accept projects that require special regulatory, export-control, security, or compliance handling unless appropriate arrangements are made in advance.

Uploaded files and project information may be retained as part of CADify’s quote records, customer records, or project files. You may request deletion of your information or uploaded files, and we will review the request in accordance with applicable law, business record needs, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information we collect and maintain. However, no website, file transfer method, email system, cloud service, or storage system is completely secure.
