This custom-designed attachment would allow both home cooks and professional chefs to easily create perfectly shaped kibbeh by attaching the forming assembly to a standard stand mixer, eliminating the need for manual labor. The Kibbeh Stand Mixer Attachment features a durable housing and an elongated forming member with two food product receiving cavities: an inner cavity for creating the core or stuffing, and an outer cavity for forming the shell. As the stand mixer operates, the food mixture is forced into the forming member's cavities, shaping it into the desired form. The forming member is adjustable, allowing users to create various shapes and sizes of food products according to their preferences. Working closely with our client, CADify's team of engineers and designers handled the entire process, from initial concept design to the creation of CAD models and drafting.
